LATAR BELAKANG: Penerapan kurikulum dengan pendekatan Interprofessional Education dan Interprofessional Collaboration (IPE-IPC) telah digaungkan sebagai metode yang dianggap mumpuni dalam pembentukan karakter kolaboratif mahasiswa khususnya dibidang kesehatan.

TUJUAN: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak terhadap karakter kolaboratif mahasiswa kesehatan yang telah mengikuti intervensi dengan pendekatan IPE-IPC.

METODE: Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur non-systematic review. Beberapa artikel terpilih dari database eletronik PROQUEST, Science Direct, BMJ, Google Scholar dan PubMed telah direview.

HASIL: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi program berbasis IPE-IPC mampu membentuk karakter kolaboratif sesuai dengan domain IPE-IPC.

BACKGROUND The application of curriculum with Interprofessional Education dan Interprofessional Collaboration (IPE-IPC) considered as a effective pedagogy to build a collaborative character of students from health sector.

OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of The application of curriculum with Interprofessional Education to collaborative character building.

METHODS Non-systematic review literature study method has been applied. Selected scientific article from several database including PROQUEST, Science Direct, BMJ, Google Scholar and PubMed. were reviewed.

RESULTS Implementation of IPE-IPC-based curriculum programs is capable of forming collaborative characters in accordance with the 2010 WHO IPE-IPC domain.
