Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hasil Riskesdas 2018 mengatakan pemberian ASI pada bayi umur 0-5 bulan di Indonesia sebanyak 37,3% dibawah target Renstra Kemenkes tahun 2018 yaitu 40%. Konseling menyusui merupakan intervensi yang efektif kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan angka pemberian ASI eksklusif dan menyusui. Konseling menyusui dengan menggunakan media daring dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pengganti komunikasi secara tatap muka selama masa pandemi Covid-19.


Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi efektivitas penggunaan media daring terhadap keberhasilan konseling pada ibu menyusui di masa pandemi Covid-19.


Metode: Penelitian menggunakan analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan case control pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi adalah ibu menyusui yang melakukan konseling berjumlah 94 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 30 orang pada masing-masing kelompok berdasarkan kriteria inklusi eksklusi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji Mann Whitney dan nilai efektivitas dengan Uji Regresi Sederhana.


Hasil: Hasil uji Mann Withney diperoleh nilai p- value 0,010 < 0,05 dengan kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan pada median keberhasilan konseling pada kelompok kasus dengan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan uji regresi koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,577, artinya besar pengaruh media whatsapp terhadap keberhasilan konseling adalah 57,7%, sedangkan 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.


Simpulan: Penggunaan media whatsapp cukup efektif digunakan terhadap keberhasilan konseling pada ibu menyusui di masa pandemi covid-19.
