HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN AKSES INFORMASI DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN TENTANG KEHAMILAN SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA POSKESDES MANTANGAI TENGAH KABUPATEN KAPUAS

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Indonesia masih bergelut melawan virus Corona hingga saat ini, sama dengan negara lain di dunia. Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu orang yang memiliki risiko tinggi terpapar virus covid 19. Hal tersebut berdampak pada meningkatnya kecemasan ibu hamil. Hasil studi pendahuluan sebanyak 8 orang ibu kurang mengetahui kehamilan selama masa pandemi Covid 19 dan akses informasi yang diperoleh ibu masih kurang yang mengakibatkan ibu merasa cemas yang berlebihan untuk menghadapi masa persalinan.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan akses informasi dengan tingkat kecemasan tentang kehamilan selama masa pandemi Covid 19.
Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 58 orang ibu hamil periode bulan November tahun 2020. Sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 58 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan dalam bentuk tabulasi dan dianalisis dengan Uji Chi Square menggunakan SPSS versi 18.
Hasil: Terdapat 33 orang (56,9%) berpengetahuan kurang, 24 orang (41,4%) memiliki akses informasi kurang dan 31 orang (53,4%) tidak cemas.Ada hubungan pengetahuan dan akses informasi dengan tingkat kecemasan tentang kehamilan selama masa pandemi Covid 19 pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Poskesdes Mantangai Tengah Kabupaten Kapuas.
Simpulan: Masih banyak ibu hamil yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang akibat akses informasi yang tidak didapat dengan baik yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya kecemasan ibu hamil selama masa pandemi Covid 19 pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Poskesdes Mantangai Tengah Kabupaten Kapuas.

Background: Indonesia is still struggling against the Coronavirus to date, the same as other countries in the world. The number of Coronavirus cases continues to grow with some reporting recoveries, but not a few have died. Pregnant women are one of the people who have a high risk of being exposed to the Covid 19 virus. This has an impact on the increasing anxiety of pregnant women. The results of the preliminary study showed that as many as 8 mothers did not know about pregnancy during the Covid 19 pandemic and the access to information obtained by the mother was still lacking which resulted in the mother feeling excessive anxiety to face childbirth.
Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and access to information with anxiety levels about pregnancy during the Covid 19 pandemic.
Methods: The research method used was the analytic survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 58 pregnant women during the period of August-October 2020. The sample used an accidental sampling technique of 58 people who happened to be there. Data collection used a questionnaire that was distributed in the form of tabulations and frequency distributions and analyzed by using the Chi-Square test using SPSS version 19.
Results: There is a relationship between knowledge and access to information with the level of anxiety about pregnancy during the Covid 19 pandemic among pregnant women in the Poskesdes Mantangai Tengah area of Kapuas Regency.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are still many pregnant women who have insufficient knowledge due to poor access to information which results in increased anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid 19 pandemic in pregnant women in the Poskesdes Mantangai Tengah area of Kapuas Regency.
