Dampak nyeri persalinan berlebihan dapat membuat stres yang menyebabkan pelepasan hormon yang berlebihan seperti katekolamin dan steroid yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan pada kekuatan kontraksi uterus sehingga terjadi inersia uteri yang menyebabkan terjadinya pertus lama. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menurunkan nyeri pada persalinan, baik secara farmakologi maupun nonfarmakologi. Penatalaksanaan dalam mengatasi nyeri persalinan dengan cara non farmakologis dengan metode <em>back rolling massage</em>. Maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk mengambil literature review yang berjudul, Pengaruh <em>Back Rolling Massage</em> Terhadap Nyeri Persalinan Pada Ibu Bersalin.</p> <p><strong>Tujuan</strong>: Menggali informasi dan menganalisa pengaruh <em>back rolling massage</em> terhadap nyeri persalinan pada ibu bersalin.</p> <p><strong>Metode</strong>: Rancangan penelitian adalah literature review. Kriteria artikel yang diambil berdasarkan kata kunci, tahun, judul, abstrak, full paper dan menjawab tujuan penelitian yang bersumber dari Google scholar. Jumlah artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 10 artikel.</p> <p><strong>Hasil</strong>: Penggunaan <em>Back Rolling Massage</em> sangat berpengaruh dalam mengatasi nyeri persalinan. Teknik-teknik yang dapat digunakan ialah pijatan yang dilakukan di tulang belakang mulai dari costa ke 5 - 6 sampai scapula dalam durasi 3-5 menit selama 30 menit dan atau pada saat kontraksi.</p> <p><strong>Simpulan</strong>: Teknik <em>Back Rolling Massage</em> mempunyai pengaruh yang efektif mengatasi nyeri persalinan.</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong><em> <strong>Back Rolling Massage</strong><strong>, </strong></em><strong>Nyeri Persalinan</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Labor pain is a physiological process that will be caused by cervical dilatation, uterine muscle hypoxia during contraction, uterine corpus ischemia and stretching of the lower uterine segment and nerve compression in the cervix. The impact of excessive labor pain can create stress which causes the release of excessive hormones such as catecholamines and steroids which can cause disturbances in the strength of uterine contractions resulting in uterine inertia which causes prolonged pertussis. Various attempts have been made to reduce pain in labor, both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Management in overcoming labor pain in a non-pharmacological way with the back rolling massage method. Therefore, the author is interested in taking a literature review entitled, The Effect of Back Rolling Massage on Labor Pain in Maternal Maternity.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Objective</em></strong><em>: Exploring information and analyzing the effect of back rolling massage on labor pain in maternity mothers.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><em>: The research design is a literature review. The criteria for the articles were taken based on keywords, year, title, abstract, full paper and answered research objectives sourced from Google scholar. The number of articles used in this study were 1</em><em>0 </em><em>articles.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Result</em></strong><em>: The use of Back Rolling Massage is very influential in overcoming labor pain.
