FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI SELF-CARE PERAWATAN KAKI PADA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Ulkus kaki diabetes disebabkan karena berbagai faktor beragam, tidak ada faktor yang menjadi risiko tunggal untuk ulkus kaki diabetes.

Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Self Care Perawatan Kaki pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2.

Metode: Sistematis review dilakukan pada beberapa basis data internasional yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2020. Pengumpulan jurnal berbagai literatur  dengan menggunakan situs jurnal yang telah terakreditasi seperti Google Scholar dan Biomed Central dengan menggunakan clinical key atau kata kunci "Factors"+"Self care"+"Foot ulcer”.

Hasil: Dari 10 artikel yang mengulas faktor yang mempengaruhi self care perawatan kaki pada pasien diabetes melitus sebanyak 3 jurnal membahas Self Efficacy, 2 jurnal membahas tentang tingkat pengetahuan, 1 jurnal menyinggung dukungan keluarga, 1 jurnal menjelaskan tingkat pendidikan, 1 jurnal membahas kualitas hidup, 1 jurnal membahas edukasi berbasis teori, dan 1 jurnal membahas tentang kepercayaan terhadap kesehatan.

Simpulan: Peneliti menyimpulkan faktor yang mempengaruhi Self Care Perawatan kaki diabetik diabetes melitus tipe 2 yaitu Self Efficacy, tingkat pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, kualitas hidup, edukasi berbasis teori, dan kepercayaan terhadap kesehatan.


Background: Diabetic foot ulcers are caused due to various factors and there is no single risk factor for diabetic foot ulcers.

Objective: The aims for research is the factors that influence the Self Care of Foot Care in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients.

Methods: Systematic reviews were carried out on several international databases published from 2015 to 2020. Journal collection of various literature using accredited journal sites such as Google Scholar and Biomed Central using clinical keys or the keywords "Factors" + "Self care" + "Foot ulcer".

Results: From 10 articles discussing factors that influence self-care foot care in diabetes mellitus patients, 3 journals discuss Self Efficacy, 2 journals discuss the level of knowledge, 1 journal discusses family support, 1 journal explains education level, 1 journal discusses quality of life, 1 journal discusses theory-based education, and 1 journal discusses belief in health.

Conclusion: The researcher concluded that the factors that influence the Self Care of diabetic foot care with type 2 diabetes mellitus are Self Efficacy, level of knowledge, family support, education level, quality of life, theory-based education, and belief in health.
