S Strategi Public Relation PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Kopi Geothermal di Area Kamojang Sebagai Bagian Program CSR

Abstract

This Research Aims at PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Through Communication Methods in Increasing Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee from aims to explain and find out about (1) PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy's CSR Strategy Process Through Communication Methods in Increasing Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee (2) Reasons for PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Using the Coffee CSR Program Kamojang Geothermal Area (3) Benefits of the Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee CSR Program. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, non-participant observation, with 3 research subjects as informants, namely Adi Rahmadi as external relations supervisor, Iqbal Pradipta as Community development officer, and Ahmad Nur as a farmer who received CSR assistance.

This program covers the cultivation and processing of coffee. The scope of cultivation in question is PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang participates in increasing capacity and providing assistance in optimizing the Kamojang Area Geothermal Coffee cultivation process in farmer groups. The scope of coffee processing includes capacity building as well as providing assistance with coffee processing facilities and infrastructure for the Mount Kamojang farmer groups. Through this program, it is hoped that the company can participate in increasing the capacity of residents around Kamojang while optimizing agricultural commodities in the Kamojang area. The theory of supporting communication methods in this study is Stakeholder Theory, and CSR. Based on the research results, it was found that the CSR Strategy process for PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Kopi Geothermal Area Kamojang was carried out by Social Mapping, Surveys, Compilation. Program, Implementation, Evaluation / Monitoring The reason for using the Kamojang Area Geothermal Coffee Program is because of the community's potential and needs as well as a form of community empowerment. As well as found several benefits of the geothermal coffee csr program for companies, namely being able to improve image, win awards, for the community to get development, knowledge and skills, improve the economy and for employees to get new experiences, as a learning method.
