S “SENI EDI (Senam Nifas Era Digital)” Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Guntung Payung Kota Banjarbaru
Postpartum exercise is a movement exercise performed by postpartum mothers as soon as possible after giving birth so that the muscles that are stretched during pregnancy and childbirth can quickly recover to their original state. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the importance of postpartum exercise for post partum mothers and make it easier to do postpartum exercise in the digital era. This activity took place twice on 01 August 2022 and 04 August 2022, taking place in the Working Area of the Guntung Payung Health Center. This activity was attended by ten postpartum mothers and two posyandu cadres in each activity. The results of this community service activity showed an increase in the knowledge of postpartum mothers before the activity and after the activity was carried out. The results of this activity also formed a WA Group for postpartum mothers, cadres, midwives and lecturers of Midwifery at Sari Mulia University as a forum for discussion about the postpartum period, especially postpartum gymnastics, as well as filling out questionnaires around questions about postpartum exercise using the Google Form which is distributed via a link, so that all postpartum mothers can utilize and understand well about postpartum exercise. Suggestions for the use and knowledge and skills of postpartum mothers regarding postpartum exercise can be carried out in more discussion groups at each Puskesmas, especially in this digital era, so that all postpartum mothers can make good use of and understand related to postpartum exercise.
