Abstract

Antenatal Care (ANC) is a planned program in the form of observation, education and medical treatment for pregnant women, with the aim of keeping the mother healthy during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. The problem of low Antenatal Care (ANC) visits also indirectly influences the increase in maternal mortality rates at Community Health Centers. Central Alalak in 2022 will have no AKI, but the number of Antenatal Care (ANC) visits will not be reached. In 2022. The low K1 coverage among pregnant women is caused by several factors consisting of predisposing factors (age, education, parity, income, knowledge and attitudes), enabling factors (location of health services, health cadres and the presence of health workers) and strengthening factors. (husband's support, support from health workers and media exposure. The method used to increase the K1 and K4 numbers is through pregnancy visiting bags and pregnancy control reminder cards for pregnant women, the pregnant visiting bag program as a treatment for the large number of pregnant women who do not do K1 and K4 anemia in Peaceful Posyandu in the working area of ​​the Alalak Central Health Center with a target of 5 posyandu cadres. The pregnant visiting bag program implemented by the cadres is expected to contribute as one of the efforts to address the low coverage of K1 and K4 among pregnant women
