Fulfilling nutrition in adolescents is an important aspect that needs to be considered, because adolescence is experiencing a period of very rapid growth and development, so the need for food that contains balanced nutrients in necessary. Many teenagers today still do not consume enough balanced nutrients in their daily diet. The habit of not eating breakfast, being lazy (ignoring sources of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals), the habit of snacking on low-nutrient foods and eating fast food so that teenagers are unable to fulfill the diversity of food substances their bodies need. For the synthesis process of forming hemoglobin (Hb), if this happens over a long period of time it will cause Hb levels to continue to decrease and cause anemia. The high prevalence rate of anemia in young women will have a negative impact on decreased immunity, difficulty concentrating, decreased learning achievement and decreased productivity. Apart from that anemia experienced by young women will have more serious impact, concidering that young women are prospective mothers who will become pregnant and give birth to a baby, thereby increasing the risk of maternal death. Effort to prevent and control anemia in adolescents do not only rely on consuming blood suplement tablets (TTD). Overcoming and preventing anemia must be accompanied by increasing the intake of food sources of iron from animal sources such such as liver, fish, meat and poultry, while from vegetable sources, namely dark green vegetables and nuts, as well as consuming fruit that contains vitamin C to increase absorption iron. Providing education about a balanced nutrional diet to teenagers is very important. Providing education can be done through various media, one of which is using interactive flip sheets. Providing education using filp sheet is considered to increase knowledge and change teenagers attitudes
