Based on the analysis of the problem in the UPT Puskesmas Lanjas Work Area, there is still a lack of achievement in taking blood supplement tablets. Non-compliance among pregnant women based on data studies carried out by the group was 66.67%. This shows that the rate of non-compliance among pregnant women in taking blood supplement tablets is still high. The innovation "KAKUNG BUMILAT" (Kader Supports Pregnant Women in Drinking Blood Additive Tablets) is one way to increase the achievement of taking blood added tablets by providing motivation to pregnant women through the role of cadres. The aim of this activity is that cadres will monitor pregnant women in the area Continuing, pregnant women have received a control schedule sticker and a sign is affixed to the front of the house. Cadres will monitor pregnant women in fulfilling their blood supplement tablets. This activity was attended by 3 Posyandu cadres in the work area of the UPT Puskesmas Lanjas, with the cadres looking active in the discussion session during the counseling session, this proved that the additional information obtained would provide cadres with the opportunity to support increased compliance of pregnant women in taking blood supplement tablets
