In 2021, as many as 41.8% of maternal mortality rates in developing countries were caused by anemia in pregnancy ̧ the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is still very high at 44.2%. One of the causes of anemia is a lack of iron in the body. Anemia can be prevented by consuming foods that contain iron and Vitamin C to help the absorption process, namely by consuming katuk leaves while still consuming Fe Tablets in accordance with government recommendations. The method of implementing this counseling activity is carried out through an approach, namely analyzing the condition of the Murung Pudak Health Center area, which is then followed by problem identification, planning interventions and implementing implementation in overcoming planned problems by providing education about the use of katuk leaves in pregnancy in collaboration with the Health Center, village midwives and midwives who hold the program. Then followed up with the implementation of offline counseling activities which were then evaluated after the activity had been carried out. The counseling media used in this activity is using leaflets containing anemia for pregnant women and how to overcome anemia by consuming katuk leaves to overcome anemia in pregnant women.
