Abstract
The cancer incidence rate based on Globocan data in 2018 was 18.1 million new cases with mortality rate of 9.6 million deaths, of which 1 in 5 men and 1 in 6 women in the world experience cancer with the highest cancer for women at this time are breast cancer and cervical cancer where both of these cancers can be detected early before they get worse with Visual Inspection of AceticAcid (VIA) , Breast Self Examination (BSE) and Clinical Breast Exaexaminations (CBE). Method applied in this activity is BINGKA MANIS to know for family how importance of early detection checks VIA, BSE and CBE . sosialized to community leaders, counseling how importance of early detection for the women and training for cadres on how to perform BSE. Conclusion: Approaching community leaders and increasing women's knowledge about the importance of early detection can increase the willingness of the community, especially women, to carry out VIA, BSE and CBE.
