E Efforts To Optimize Anemia In "Rakat Ibu"(Mothers Are Divisory To Control Healthy Children) at Bumi Makmur Health Center

Bacground: Anemia is still considered a health problem today and is the first cause of death. According to the results of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2021, the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia continues to increase significantly every year, namely 24.5% in 2010, 37.1% in 2017 and 48.9% in 2021. The main cause of anemia during pregnancy is iron deficiency. Community service objective: providing health education to pregnant women regarding anemia prevention. The method of activities carried out at the Bumi Makmur Community Health Center is counseling and simulation on how to process foods high in iron from kelakai. The result of this community service activity is that pregnant women understand about iron which is very important for pregnant women, and pregnant women also understand the process of making foods that contain iron such as kelakai.
