Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women is a condition of pregnant women who experience malnutrition that lasts for a long time (chronic) and is characterized by the circumference of the pregnant woman's upper arms <23.5 cm. The causes of CED in pregnant women consist of direct and indirect causes. Direct causative factors are inadequate nutritional intake and infectious diseases. The percentage of pregnant women with CED in South Kalimantan is 13.2%, and is above the national average of 8.7%, so more intensive real action is needed from the government and society in South Kalimantan to reduce the number of pregnant women at risk. SEZ. The service activity method involves socializing the creation of a cheap and nutritious weekly meal list to overcome chronic energy deficiency (CED) for pregnant women. The conclusion of this community service program is the creation of information media that introduces the public about CED and LILA. The information media created are posters, which will be installed in Community Health Centers, Posyandu, or local public places. In this program, posters about CED and LiLA have been produced, which have been used as outreach material to pregnant women and the community.
