Regular check-ups during pregnancy, known as antenatal care (ANC), are crucial in improving the health and safety of pregnant women. The ANC service standard stipulates a minimum of 6 check-ups during pregnancy, with a minimum of 2 check-ups by a doctor in the first and third trimesters. This activity aims to increase awareness, knowledge, and motivation of pregnant women and families about the importance of ANC, as well as increase the coverage of pregnancy visits (K1, K4, to K6) at the Beruntung Raya Health Center to reach the target according to the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Direct counseling was conducted to pregnant women, husbands, and families at the Beruntung Raya Health Center, involving cadres, MCH midwives, and community elements. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test to assess participants' knowledge before and after counseling. Furthermore, the socialization of the innovation "Report on Pregnant Women" (PorBuMil) through the Google Form link was carried out to improve the screening of K1 visits. There was a significant increase in the knowledge of pregnant women and families regarding the importance of ANC and the role of the family. The coverage of K1 and K4 visits increased from 2022 to 2023. In addition, the implementation of PorBuMil had positive results with increased community participation in K1 visit screening. Initiatives such as direct counseling and the implementation of PorBuMil improved knowledge, motivation, and coverage of antenatal visits at the Beruntung Raya Health Center. This is expected to help achieve SPM targets and reduce maternal and infant health risks. Continued evaluation and program scale-up are expected to continue to improve maternal and infant health at scale
